UPDATE SUMMER 2021

The storefront in historic downtown Salisbury, N.C.  has moved!  It is now located at 323 N. Lee St., part of the Railwalk Arts District in downtown Salisbury.   We are happy to make this change to a larger space, and we are delighted to become part of this vibrant area of Salisbury.  Please join us for our re-opening on Friday and Saturday, July 16 and 17!

Meanwhile, with the Covid-19 pandemic nearing an end, the living history community is becoming busy.  Museums and historic sites are re-opening, and  events are being held again.  The Backcountry Peddler is looking forward to restocking inventory and planning new workshops through the summer and fall.   Watch for announcements!
